TREATMENT DELAYS

All your orders are shipped from our office in Gustavia, Saint-Barthélemy. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please be aware that delays are possible due to the fact that we are on a small island, sometimes dependent on unpredictable weather and sometimes longer delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You can choose shipping via La Poste Colissimo (standard) or DHL (Express). The cost of international deliveries will be calculated based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your order. We offer free delivery for orders over €250. For example, standard delivery to France will cost around €20 (Standard – around 6 to 30 days), and standard delivery to the United States will cost €20 (Standard – around 10 to 30 days). Express delivery to France starts at €70+ (Express DHL – 3 to 6 days), and express delivery to the United States starts at €70+ (Express DHL – 3 to 6 days). These prices are indicative and depend on the delivery address, size and weight of the package.

RIGHTS AND TAXES
Depending on the country of delivery and destination, duties or taxes may be due upon delivery. They are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that can be tracked.

RETURN POLICY
Please note that not all items during the sale are eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded carefully and with their tags attached. If the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements, your return will be returned to you for an additional fee.

RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES
All customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return. Monbarth is not responsible for incoming missing deliveries/returns. We recommend using registered shipping for all returns so that you can track your package. Please ship your return with registered mail to our return address or a tracking number.
