TREATMENT DELAYS
All your orders are shipped from our office in Gustavia, Saint-Barthélemy. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please be aware that delays are possible due to the fact that we are on a small island, sometimes dependent on unpredictable weather and sometimes longer delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Vous pouvez choisir l’expédition via La Poste Colissimo (standard) ou DHL (Express). Le coût des livraisons internationales sera calculé en fonction de votre adresse de livraison et du poids et de la taille de votre commande. Nous offrons la livraison gratuite pour les commandes de plus de 250€. Par exemple, une livraison standard pour la France coûtera environ 20€ (Standard – environ 6 à 30 jours), et une livraison standard aux États-Unis coûtera 20€ (Standard – environ 10 à 30 jours). La livraison express pour la France commence à 70€+ (Express DHL – 3 à 6 jours), et la livraison express aux États-Unis commence à 70€+ (Express DHL – 3 à 6 jours). Ces prix sont à titre indicatifs et dépendent de l’adresse de livraison, de la taille et du poids du colis.
RIGHTS AND TAXES
Depending on the country of delivery and destination, duties or taxes may be due upon delivery. They are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that can be tracked.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that not all items during the sale are eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded carefully and with their tags attached. If the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements, your return will be returned to you for an additional fee.
RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES
All customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return. Monbarth is not responsible for incoming missing deliveries/returns. We recommend using registered shipping for all returns so that you can track your package. Please ship your return with registered mail to our return address or a tracking number.
